This is Akita-style miso champon, which is different from the Nagasaki version because it comes with a thickened sauce on top! You can add your favorite toppings to make it even more delicious.

Wave-style medium noodles x3, Miso broth x3, Thickened sauce mix x3

(Note: The packaging and ramen photo are for illustrative purposes. Toppings are not included.)

Instructions

1.Cut your desired toppings and sauté them in a frying pan.

2.Once the toppings are cooked, add 270cc of water and the attached broth, and bring it to a boil while stirring. Then turn off the heat.

3.Dissolve the attached thickened sauce mix in 30g of water, stir well, then pour it into the frying pan from step 2. Turn the heat back on and stir until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat (about 1 minute).

4.Boil water in a separate pot, add the noodles, and cook for 4.5 to 5 minutes.

5.Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and place them in a bowl. Pour the sauce from step 3 on top and it’s ready to serve!
